Bid Huisie & Kliphuisie receive make overs
The delightful Bid Huisie cottage in Prince Albert and the charming Kliphuisie cottage in Paternoster have both been treated to a make over. Led by South of Africa projects manager, Mr Johan Esterhuizen, and Managing Director Mr Stef Venter, the projects took place during the middle of June 2015.
Bid Huisie has become an extremely popular stop over destination, and despite positive feedback by guests on Facebook that a revamp is not necessary, the decision was made to “spruce things up a bit” and to surprise and delight all future guests, and keep things “fresh”. According to General Manager, Elma Whiley, she was thrilled with the outcome, not expecting the revamp to have such an immensely positive change on the cottage. “Our guests have always commented on how cosy and comfy Bid Huisie is. I’m convinced that this new look will add to the charm of our little Karoo cottage.”
The Paternoster 2-sleeper rustic cottage Kliphuisie also received a fresh coat of paint, and with its mini make over transformed into a wonderful space of serenity. Says General Manager Leigh Longden of the new look, “We are truly blessed with such talented professionals. I’m excited to hear what our guests are going to have to say about the changes. I love the look and I’m sure our guests will adore it too.”
MD Stef Venter says, “these changes are an important part of our customer service. Guests need to know that we value their patronage, and in an ever changing climate in the hospitality industry, it is vital to continue enchanting guests, and these make overs are simply part of our service delivery.”
New photographs of the cottages will be taken in the near future, whilst the current images have been updated with a selection of new shots.
